Most services we provide are free under the NHS. Some services fall outside the NHS and for these a chargeable, include:
- Medical examinations
- Private sick notes,
- Insurance forms,
- Holiday cancellation forms,
- Medical reports
- Fitness to travel certificates,
- Private prescriptions
Our fees for these services, which are in line with BMA approved national guidelines, are displayed in the surgery.
Certain medical examinations require a longer appointment with the doctor. Please discuss this with a receptionist.
