Making an appointment
There are many illnesses that do not require you to seek medical attention, before making an appointment you may be able to see a local pharmacist to help with minor illnesses.
You may have an appointment with a doctor of your choice. A separate appointment for each family member is required when seeing the doctor.
If you have several problems, please ask the receptionist to arrange a longer appointment.
Routine and emergency appointments with the doctor are of 10 minutes duration.
An appointment with a doctor of your choice can be made by telephoning the surgery or by calling in person and speaking to a receptionist.
